Engage in intentional, accessible, and moderate-paced vinyasa flow. I will virtually practice with you instructing and offering modifications so you are able to enjoy the class at your own level and ability on any given day.  Each week explores a different theme, incorporating breath and movement to build strength and resilience in body and mind.
