#M&MM practices update

Option to join for a full 3 hours with movement OR 2 hours for mathematical practices and social-emotional competencies.

Weave together Mindfulness (CASEL competencies) - Movement (yoga for all) and the Mathematical practice standards. Suitable upper elementary to high school faculty.

WORKSHOP: (details in progress):

• Warm-up with a community-building activity and yoga practice (for all levels) 50 mins (FULL experience)

• Re-intro (for 2-hour participants)

• Asynchronous learning assignment (meeting video break) 20 mins

• Unpack  CASEL competencies with SMP weave a thread between the three experiences Mindful Movement Mathematics Practices (SEL + SMP = ☯️) 50 mins

• Asynchronous/breakout small group collaboration (leave with something you can build off of or use as is!) 30 mins

• Regroup share out and "workshop savasana" wrap up. 30 mins
