I am creating mindful math-centric breathing routines that incorporate mathematical vocabulary and images. These exercises can be used in the classroom for settling in, transitions, or brain breaks to develop a sense of focus and awareness. I was inspired by readings in Social Emotional Learning, SERP focus five, math talks and visual math tasks.
